SYNOPSIS: Lee Hwan, once a rising professional pitcher, is banned from the sport after being caught in a match-fixing scandal. With nowhere left to turn, he reluctantly joins Emperor Capital, a Busan crime syndicate with its hands in private loans, online gambling, and real estate. Noticed by boss Sang-ha, Lee Hwan rises quickly through the ranks, but as his power grows, so does the danger, and the release of a legendary Busan gangster from prison threatens to bring the entire empire crashing down.
