SYNOPSIS: A young fisherman from the provinces arrives in Manila searching for his girlfriend, who was lured to the city with the promise of work and hasn’t been heard from since. Taking a low-wage construction job to survive, he witnesses the corruption, exploitation, and casual brutality of city life as his search grows increasingly desperate.
