SYNOPSIS: In the summer of 1986, a diverse group of Korean-American, European, and Latin American teenagers of Korean descent travel to Seoul for a government-sponsored cultural exchange program meant to reconnect them with their heritage. Clashing personalities, rebellious streaks, and culture shock collide as the teens navigate strict chaperones, budding romances, and their own conflicted identities. Inspired by writer-director Benson Lee's own experience at such a camp, the film is a vibrant, music-filled coming-of-age comedy about finding belonging between two cultures.
